What Benefits Will I Get From Yoga?

How you benefit will partly depend on where you are, physically, emotionally, spiritually, at the beginning of your yoga journey, what your needs are, and how you approach the practice. What To Wear For Class?

Wear a smile! With comfortable clothing, or anything that suits your fancy (nothing too restricting or R-rated, of course!) For Bikram, you may want to dress light—a pair of shorts and a vest will do; leggings and sports bras are also ok! Remember, there is no such thing as  fixed 'yoga attire', as you can practice yoga in anything and anywhere; the world is your yoga mat!
